7. What is your return and exchange policy?

RETURN POLICY
Nomadog accepts returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items not purchased from the Nomadog website must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors and keeping the packaging intact before taking them outside.

RETURNS
Before sending an item back for return, be sure that the item is free from dirt and hair, with the packaging card still attached. The product must be in resellable condition.

Ensure that the item was purchased from the Nomadog website.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

  2. Include a brief explanation of your return, along with a copy of the invoice or order reference number.
  3. Once received, you will get an email notification before the credit is applied to your card or PayPal account. Please note that shipping charges related to the return are not refundable.

WARRANTY
Nomadog guarantees our products at the time of purchase against material defects for two years. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This warranty does not cover issues due to chewing, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase or if you purchased the product from the Nomadog website, please provide the details of the issue, as well as a photo showing the defect. Send this information to support@nomadog.com.
